Description:

What Awaits You...

The Customer Service Coordinator facilitates the journey of customers from initial inquiry to enrolment in disability employment services.


In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the process and ensuring a seamless transition to our services.


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling inbound calls and inquiries from current and potential customers
  • Guide job seekers through the enrolment process and service information
  • Collecting and verifying customer information to determine eligibility for services
  • Researching and recommending alternative services if CoAct services are not available
  • Use active listening to find the best path for each customer
  • Participating in training sessions to learn about service details and key selling points
  • Following up with customers and providing marketing collateral as needed
  • Accurately documenting all customer interactions in CoAct and Government Systems
  • Maintaining accurate records, preparing data, reports, and documents, and analysing information as required

Skills and Experiences:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Empathetic listener who respects diversity and values people's strengths
  • Resilient problem solver with a positive outlook
  • Self
- and capable of working independently

Value-Add Experience

  • Excels in fastpaced, targetdriven environments like sales
  • Strong administration and data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience assisting clients with disabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals
