Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Western Sydney team. As a key member of the clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients and supporting our doctors in delivering exceptional medical services.

Responsibilities/Skills:

Delivering high-quality clinical nursing services to patients
Assisting doctors with consultations, treatments, and procedures
Providing health education and advice to patients on various health issues
Ensuring accurate documentation of patient records
Participating in quality improvement activities within the practice
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

About You

This is a crucial role with a high-level community partnering through frequent engagement, communication, and evaluation of programs. To be successful in this role you will have:

Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution - Minimum 4 years' experience working as an RN.
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Experience working in the aged care or disability sector.
Demonstrated experience in needs assessment and management of the elderly.
Understanding of work health safety in home and community settings
High level of communication and ability to work collaboratively is essential.

Valid Police Check
Full Working rights within Australia
Covid Vaccination
Current First Aid/CPR certification
Valid NSW Driver's License and preferably own a reliable vehicle.
NDIS Screen Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
NDIS Modules or willing to complete (Induction Module, Orientation Module, Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals)
