People2people are currently working with a well-established national Law firm located within the heart of Adelaide's CBD.We are looking for a Secretarial and Administrative support to meet the firm's goals and objectives, ensuring our Firm Values and Service Standards are always met.
The working hours will be 2 days a week on a permanent basis.This organisation has experienced continued growth over recent years.

Your responsibilities
- Use of systems such as iManage, CMS/Intapp, Excel, Powerpoint and Flowcharts/Visio
- Transcribe and amend complex documents.
- Accounts/Client Specific Reporting
- Diary management
- Preparing documents and managing correspondence
- Multiple diary management
- Conference coordination
- Dictaphone typing
- Liaising with clients
- File management
- Title searches
- Internal Liaison
About you
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Demonstrated Legal Secretarial experience having previously worked a Partner level
- Confident communication skills and professional presentation
- Experience with Aderant and Filesite advantageous
- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks under pressure
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Minimum typing speed of 65 WPM
- Flexible to work occasional overtime
- A flexible and adaptable nature
- Proactive approach to work
- Advanced MS Office skills
- High attention to detail
- Collaborative focus
