About the Job


As a Customer Service Officer, you will use your skills to provide high quality first point of contact customer service to participants and stakeholders.

You will manage the front desk of a vibrant and inclusive office which works in both the Workforce Australia and the Disability Employment Services sector.

Daily activities will include but aren't limited to, general AD hoc support, supporting staff members and coordinating onsite activities, assisting clients with general matters and more.

This role will be varied will suit an individual with good customer service and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Provide professional support and service to all customers of MatchWorks including participants, employers, training
organisations, support services and the general public

  • Provide information of servicing arrangement based on specific program of service
  • Multitasking abilities to deal with customers face to face and on multiple incoming call lines
  • Ensure scheduling of participants is met and consultants are advised of arrival
  • Carry out general administration duties including completion of invoice processing through internal systems, postage services, scheduling appointments, stationary ordering and making sure facilities are stocked and available for use

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated strong administrative skills including word processing, data entry and filing
  • The ability to use office equipment such as photocopiers and facsimile machines
  • Proven ability to accurately record and retrieve information using a database system
  • The ability to support the team across relevant updates in the community and training space
  • A knowledge of RTO's and the NDIS programs is advantageous
  • Exhibited strong customer service skills, including telephone manner
  • NDIS Worker screening check or willing to obtain one
