Description

The Digital, Data and Technology Solutions (DDTS) ICT Service Desk team is looking for an enthusiastic people with the right mix of customer service and ICT knowledge to join our team.

You will be providing first and second level ICT support to a broad range of staff working for the ACT Government.

Eligibility/other Requirements:
Hold or the ability to obtain and maintain a CMTEDD issued Personnel Vetting Program certificate/clearance is mandatory. A full driver's licence class C is essential.

Note:

This is a temporary position available immediately for up to 12 months, with the possibility of permanency.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
