About the Opportunity


We are currently offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join our head office in Brompton, South Australia.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team leader, the successful applicant will manage all aspects of accounts receivable and debt management.


More Specifically you will:

  • Communicate with customers re the payment of overdue debt in a timely manner
  • Conduct credit risk management in line with Group Guidelines i.e., Credit Hold/Credit Checks/Order Release
  • Reconcile Customer & Cash Account weekly/monthly
  • Prepare and distribute month end Account Receivable reporting as required
  • Process customer banking and reconcile online banking
  • Conduct Customer Accounts Payable (AP) Portal Data Entry

About You

As the preferred applicant, you will have:

  • Experience in Accounts Receivables
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with an ability to plan and schedule priorities and manage strict deadlines
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Sound knowledge and experience using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Resilience with a willingness to take initiative
  • Previous experience using customer Account Payable platforms
