About the role

Responsible for sales order entry and quoting - includes effective assistance with handling complaints/mistakes and returns, efficient handling of all interactions and communications to provide exceptional customer experience for all orders.

Resourceful use of ERP (Business Centrals) system to ensure accuracy and speed.

Your responsibilities will include:

Entering & Invoicing Sales Orders

Credits & Returns

Entering Prospects into system

Receiving and responding to customer enquiries

Sales order follow up

Assist with effective resolution of complaints and mistakes

Quoting & Following up accounts and prospects

Assist in purchasing when requested
