An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Business Manager or someone with an emerging finance background considering a traineeship to compliment our successful sales team.

A Finance & Insurance Business Sales Manager is a performance based specialty dealership role and with that commands excellent income potential.

Responsibilities:

Liaising with all sales teams daily and attending the daily delivery planning sessions.
Attending weekly sales meetings and periodic meetings as directed by the Dealer Principal.
Positively interacting with our customers throughout their vehicle purchasing and ownership journey and assisting them with finance, insurance and additional warranty options to compliment their needs.
Conducting the finance transaction efficiently and accurately incorporating document completion submission and settlement and all associated responsibilities.
Providing performance progress reports to both the dealership and finance providers on a regular basis.
Meeting all legislative and legal responsibilities with absolute integrity.
Actively participating in the efficiencies required to ensure frictionless customer experience.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills, an amazing positive cando attitude with the ability to prioritize workload calmly and effectively to a high standard.
High level of computer literacy.
Excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of Customer Satisfaction behaviors and skills.
The ability to work harmoniously in a team environment.
