The Opportunity


We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Officer to join a highly productive and successful team, providing effective and efficient administrative support to our Project Lead, Business Manager, and the broader team.


The Role
No two days are the same in the life of an Executive Officer and your day can include anything from
diary and appointment management, actioning and drafting correspondence, detailed travel arrangements, CV management and credit card reconciliation.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide executive administrative support to the Project Lead, ASAVI Business Manager and the broader team to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Diary management, including complex meetings with internal and external stakeholders and other appointments and commitments.
  • Prepare and format documentation including correspondence, submissions and reports as required.
  • Provide secretariat support including preparation of agenda, papers, minutes, and actions to allocated committees.


Based at our modern office facilities overlooking Kings Park, this full-time opportunity will be offered for 2 years initially, with the possibility of further extension.


About You

We are seeking a positive, proactive person who will bring energy to the role and be able to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be passionate about building relationships with stakeholders and partners across various sites facilitating project related activities and helping the team to achieve their goals.

Along with this, the key to your success in this role will also be your ability to demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support at a senior level role including managing complex calendars.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of attention to detail with demonstrated ability to show initiative and creativity in problem solving.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
