    Description

    Role: Partnerships Officer
    Hourly Rate:$ Super
    Initial Contract Length: Until 7 June 24 (high chance of extensions)
    Location: Sydney CBD/WFH Flex

    The Role:

    Support the Partnerships team in researching and identifying prospective partnership opportunities, cultivating and stewarding partnerships, and coordinating partner events. Provide administrative and business support as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in implementing partnership initiatives and strategies to secure funding and support for projects.
    • Conduct research on prospective partners and assist in cultivation planning.
    • Coordinate partner events and represent the Trust at industry gatherings to network and identify new opportunities.
    • Draft high-quality grant applications and partnership proposals.
    • Maintain information management systems to track partner and donor information, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
    • Provide business and financial administrative support, including budget monitoring and reporting.
    • Coordinate activities contributing to enhanced partnership outcomes, including tracking partner benefits.
    • Collaborate with the Philanthropy team during peak campaign periods and events.

    About You:

    • Business development experience with a proven track record.
    • Corporate relationship management skills.
    • Research and analysis abilities.
    • Event coordination experience.
    • High-level customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM databases.
