Carnival Australia are excited to announce: We are hiring a Partnerships Specialist for our Cunard brandThis role will be based in our Chatswood office in Sydney. Working alongside the PR & Partnerships Manager, this role will act as a conduit between the Cunard UK office, ship and local shore teams across areas such as talent liaison, programming, and pre-departure planning. You will be responsible for identifying corporate partnership opportunities for Cunard across Australia and New Zealand. You will be actively involved in planning and executing aspects of Cunard's event voyages. This is a great opportunity for exposure to the brand's public relations and marketing projects and mentoring in these areas.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Research and propose new partnership opportunities to PR & Partnerships Manager.
  • Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders and legal teams on all contracts.
  • Work with the UK Events and Entertainment teams to finalise an onboard delivery plan and scheduling.
  • Coordinate marketing, sales and PR requirements across the Cunard team to ensure a successful delivery in market.
  • Responsibility for administrative procedural competency and efficiency, by maintaining uptodate and accurate records, data, filing, and reporting systems.
  • Maintain annual PR, Events and Partnerships calendar and update as required.
  • Process expenses and other general finance requirements such as requesting supplier set up, raising purchase orders and tracking basic budget allocations.
  • Occasional travel and calls with the Cunard UK team outside of Australian office hours.

Along with this, you have strong organisational skills, with a strong passion for understanding partnerships and how they work. Aside from your efficiency, your attention to detail allows you to multitask, prioritise and meet multiple deadlines. You are goal-oriented, with a creative flair and innovative mindset.

To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated:

  • 3 years' experience in marketing or administration role.
  • Strong Brand Partnership experience advantageous.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to engage with unique stakeholders in a complex environment
  • Possess crossfunctional stakeholder management skills with experience in collaborating and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines with a selfdriven, innovative, and handson approach.
  • Time management skills with effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Accountability, ownership and the ability to work with an open and goodhumoured approach
  • Business acumen understands how personal objectives align with business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate outputs of multiple stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
  • A valid passport and fully vaccinated due to travel requirements and health restrictions.
