Are you looking for a rewarding career in the healthcare industry? Do you enjoy working from home? An exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Patient Liaison Coordinator to join their team.


As a Contact Centre Patient Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for managing the inbound patient enquiries generated through marketing and business development activities as well as outbound liaison with patients and other key stakeholders.

Customer service and optimisation of the patients healthcare experience will be at he core of this position.


You key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of inbound and outbound leads, covering calls, website chats and enquiry forms, social media messages and lead forms.
  • Building strong understanding of various hospital and allied health programs services and establishing relationships with internal networks, specialists and clinic managers participating in programs
  • Responding to communications through the above mediums with all leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Capturing information from leads through triaging process and providing handover to specialists
  • Regular reporting on contact centre activity and lead outcome by programs and channels with a focus on conversion to consultation and ultimately treatment through clinics or hospitals.
  • Working closely with marketing departments to establish new patient resources to support enquiries with a view to enhancing the patients understanding of clinical pathway.
To be successful for this position you will have the following skills/attributes:

  • Previous experience working in a contact centre
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience working in Healthcare highly advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail, meticulous follow through
  • Personable with the ability to work with different types of customers and work well under pressure.
  • Self motivated and willingness to learn
  • Good work ethic
  • Strong computer skills and ability to use digital contact centre platforms
