Our client, is a boutique financial services firm in Bondi Junction.
They offer their clients a high level of personalised attention and are experienced in offering a comprehensive set of financial services to help their clients achieve their financial goals.
You will provide administration support to the team in a busy practice so it is expected that you will be able to multi task and think on your feet, whilst always providing top class service to their clients.
You key Responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client enquiries in a timely manner
- Liaising with clients face to face and over phone
- Database maintenance
- Chasing outstanding documents
- Minute taking and producing basic reports
- Client correspondence and liaising with accountants
- Collation and preparation of electronic documents
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar administration role or you may be an aspiring Financial Planner who is currently studying.
