The Role

We are seeking an Operations Manager will join our diverse and growing logistics facility in Eastern Creek; adopting a satiety first approach and oversee the end-to-end warehouse operations.

You'll ensure the effective utilisation of labour for a premier global customer brand.

You'll and be capable of driving a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded, and empowering and fostering a harmonious work environment.

You'll be responsible for:

Driving a strong safety culture across the warehouse
Building a strong team culture and developing the operations team
Staff utlisation against daytoday requirements and projects
Ensure inbound/outbound logistics functions meet KPI's within a 3PL environment
Partner with the Inventory Manager to ensure control of customer inventory
Identify continuous improvements and encourage an innovative culture
Develop and implement activities to support existing and new products and services

Ideally, you'll have:

5+ years of proven people management experience within Warehousing & Logistics
Experience leading warehousing teams and developing leaders
Superior knowledge of warehouse operations within a 3PL environment
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Proven continuous improvement and problem solving skills
Experience using a Warehouse Management System and RF scanners
