    Supporting 1 Solicitor

    Minimum of 2 years personal Injuries or Insurance Litigation legal assistant experience is essential

    The role

    As a Personal Injuries Legal Assistant, you will be working for a Senior Solicitor. Duties involve dealing with clients, amending documents and correspondence, preparation and collating Briefs to Counsel, maintaining bring up lists, diary management, client enquiries, drafting notice claim forms, searches, drafting correspondence, arranging medical appointments, arranging compulsory conferences, obtain details of any refunds owing, billings, requesting clearances/charges from statutory departments and general administrative duties. You will work on MVA, PIPA and Workcover files.

    Your experience

    You will have a minimum of 2 years Personal Injuries or Insurance Litigation Legal Assistant experience. A minimum of 60 wpm and intermediate Word skills are also essential.

    Friendly and supportive environment. Boutique progressive law firm with 16 staff that specialise in Personal Injury law. Yearly salary and performance reviews, flexible hours and offer wfh up to 2 days a week after training. Salary between $70,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation dependent upon experience.
