THE ROLE:


  • Liaising with clients and fee earners at all levels
  • Involvement in business purchases, financing, franchising and general commercial matters
  • Proof reading, assisting with preparing correspondence and legal documents
  • Edits and amendments including track changes/mark ups and formatting
  • Opening and closing of matters including file archiving
  • Inputting and maintaining client data into CRM software
  • Printing, scanning, and copying
  • General administrative duties

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:


  • Minimum of 12 solid years as a Legal Secretary/assistant this is essential
  • Proficient in legal based software, practise evolve experience preferred although not essential
  • Highly skilled to handle all legal secretarial duties with a calm and confident manner
  • Very strong, fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to transcribe documents
  • Extreme attention to detail and meticulous in all your dealings
  • Ability to work unsupervised and able to manage your day and workload effectively
  • You have full working rights either permanent resident or Citizen can only apply
