The Role:


In this diverse role, you will utilise your existing organisational, time management and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service to clients, manage a busy switchboard, work as part of a team and manage general administration duties.

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Answering, screening and directing all incoming telephone calls
  • Maintain the visitors log, ensuring that all visitors are signed in and out
  • Distribution of daily incoming and outgoing mail
  • Management and booking of boardroom and meeting rooms
  • Maintaining the presentation of reception, boardroom and wet areas
  • Keeping track of staff movements in and out of the office
  • General support to the administration and management teams
- other ad-hoc duties

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Experience in Customer Service or Reception
  • Professionalism and ability to maintain client confidentiality
  • Computer literate: Microsoft suite and MYOB a bonus
  • Ability to receive instructions and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Sound time management and deadline focused
  • A positive, cando attitude
  • You will be the first point of contact for clients, so first impressions count
