The
Role:
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage generalist HR processes and queries in a timely fashion
- Generate accurate paperwork such as offers, employment variations and KPI/ performance management records
- Facilitate and deliver induction training first impressions count
- Autonomously deliver on a range of day to day varying and challenging HR queries (with the ability to utilise the support and expertise of other state based HR Advisors)
- Monitor & maintain personal information of employees
- Liaise & support HR payroll process systems (including some data entry of timesheets)
- Participation in adhoc projects, reports & presentations as identified by the HR Director
- Assist with State office logistics such as staff events, business meetings, office leases & general office duties

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources however, not required
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship & rapport building skills
- Ability to work well autonomously
- Outcome driven and takes pride in delivering quality advice and documentation
- Must be able to multitask and work to tight deadlines in a fastmoving environment
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong planning & organisational skills
- Ability to navigate your way within a complex business structure
- Cando & positive attitude
- Composed, empathetic & honest nature
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
