Our Banking Consultants make our customers feel relaxed and at home, asking the right questions to make sure that they leave happy and confident that their needs have been met.

About the Role

5 Days per Week
4 Hours per Day
Flexibility to work more/fulltime hours when required
3 months fulltime training when you first start ensure you are set up for success.
Initially at our Kawana Waters & Caloundra Branches but may be relocated within the 812 weeks
Flexibility to work at any of our Sunshine Coast Branches

What you'll do

Complete over the counter transactions in an efficient and timely manner, catering to our customers' busy lifestyles
Help solve problems and identify solutions to suit our customers financial needs
Provide seamless end to end customer experience by advising customers on appropriate products and services
Introduce, promote, and assist customers with digital banking products with a customer centric approach
Assess the financial needs of customers and provide options to meet those needs

What you'll bring

Ability to demonstrate strong technical skills
Excellent verbal communication skills listen, build rapport, and communicate complex information
Strong commitment and a high degree of integrity to help meet and exceed customer expectations
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Previous retail, hospitality and hospitality experience highly regarded
