Full Time Ongoing
Band C:
$79,713 - $92,279 per annum plus 10.5% statutory superannuation
Location:
Negotiable across SRW major offices (Maffra, Mitcham, Werribee)
About the Role

Your responsibilities as the Learning and Development Coordinator will include:
Facilitating the delivery of SRW's Professional Development training calendar including assisting with the annual review of professional training
Coordinating the delivery of SRW's Learning and Development compliance training calendar, including assisting with the annual review of compliance training, liaising with supervisors and other stakeholders
Administering SRW's e-learning platform, including developing and editing course content, maintaining employee database, administering performance appraisals, and providing reports
Providing timely and accurate advice for all enquiries relating to learning and development activities to internal and external stakeholders as required

Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to successfully prioritise competing priorities
Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated experience and creativity in content creation for e-learning courses and training programs
Excellent IT skills and experience in the administration, configuration and maintenance of LMS
Demonstrated confidence and experience delivering, monitoring, and evaluating an organisation training plan
Training and Assessment and or Diploma of Training Design and Development
