An exciting opportunity is available for a Partnership Manager to take charge of recruiting, developing, and managing relationships with our clients valued brokers.
Your primary objective will be to drive product sales, provide exceptional support, and deliver outstanding customer service while achieving company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute business initiatives to achieve recruitment and sales objectives
- Source clients from existing networks and conduct interviews
- Provide training and support to brokers
- Conduct regular sales meetings, business reviews, and audits
- Liaise with and build relationships with local suppliers and corporate entities
- Promote and adhere to company values, Agile work practices, compliance and risk culture, and diverse and inclusive culture
- Achieve recruitment targets and loan settlement volume
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service, problemsolving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Good understanding of the mortgage broking industry
- Experienced in aggregation and ability to mentor brokers
