About Us

Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

We are growing our People Services team and have exciting opportunities across the HR value chain from people and culture grads to senior business partners.

About the Role
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a dynamic role where you can make a significant impact?

Join our team as a People Services Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality coordination and administrative support to our Chief People Officer and other executives within People Services.

This is an opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with senior leaders and fostering meaningful internal and external relationships.

About You

Are you a proactive and adaptable individual ready to take on new challenges? Here is what we are looking for:

  • You have extensive experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a legal or public sector environment.
  • You excel at managing multiple tasks with competing priorities, maintaining meticulous records and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • You build strong relationships, demonstrate professionalism, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • You are committed to delivering exceptional service, seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment, responding quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
