About usThis role operates within the Asset Management (AM) branch of Built Environment (BE).
AM provides strategic planning, reporting and operational support services to manage current and future facility and asset management requirements for CSV.
About the roleReporting to the Senior Facilities Contract Manager, the Facilities Contract Manager will be responsible for management of facilities service contracts with a proactive approach to delivery and oversight, strong stakeholder relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and commitment to quality assurance to ensure CSV's facilities remain fully operational to all service users without disruption.
The contract manager will oversee performance and compliance functions in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts.About you
Do you have demonstrated contract management experience?
Due to an expanding portfolio, we are now looking to welcome a team oriented, accountable, and results driven Contract Manager into our Asset Management team.
- Demonstrated experience in management of large services contracts
- Demonstrated experience or sound understanding of facilities management (hard and soft services)
- Demonstrated experience working across specialist disciplines to resolve contractual issues
- Experience in reviewing and analysing data including presentation skills to share updates, summarise data or provide detailed information
- Sound experience in managing and overseeing contract administration procedures including meetings, correspondence and other information as required to effectively manage contractual obligations
- Excellent financial skills and demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated report writing experience
- Experience in the procurement and/or delivery of operation and maintenance contracts.
