Salary:
$105,479 to $127,621 (Plus Superannuation)

  • Fixed term role until 30 June 202
  • Usual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available)
  • Usual work location: Melbourne CBD (flexibility may be available)


The purpose of this role is to provide high level coordination and strategic support to the Executive Director and the Executive Team.

This includes managing key projects and providing key strategic advice to support Apprenticeships Victoria objectives.
The reposonsibilities of the Executive Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing procurement category strategy approaches and negotiates with internal stakeholders the opportunities and benefits
  • Support succession and career progression by aligning staff development opportunities with organisational needs and staff strengths and aspirations
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy workplace which conforms to compliance standards, and supports responsible workplace behaviours
  • Coordinate responses and facilitate internal communicating processes to schools and the general public
  • Maximises effectiveness by selecting, developing, managing and motivating a high performing team
  • Builds team commitment by demonstrating personal conviction
  • Analyses issues from different perspectives and draws sound inferences from information available
A relevant tertiary degree would be well regarded but not essential.
