Description

The core capability requirements for this role are:

Lead, empower and encourage a team of allied health professionals to develop and deliver member focused services as part of QPS's Corporate Health Program (HealthStart).
Coordinate the provision of appropriate physical wellbeing services with relevant stakeholders to enable effective service delivery of preventative physical wellness to QPS members, including volunteers.
Undertake consultation and provide support and advisory services for senior management in relation to the implementation of good practice including innovative approaches to improve the physical wellbeing of QPS members.
Provide high quality strategic advice and prepare high level reports, submissions, briefing materials and correspondence for senior management.
Coordinate allocation of physical wellbeing resources to meet QPS workforce demands.
Establish and maintain effective networks, relationships and programs with internal and external health professionals and stakeholders to ensure a holistic, multidisciplinary approach in the delivery of early intervention physical wellbeing strategies.
