Description

The core capability requirements for this role are:

  • Lead, empower and encourage a team of allied health professionals to develop and deliver member focused services as part of QPS's Corporate Health Program (HealthStart).
  • Coordinate the provision of appropriate physical wellbeing services with relevant stakeholders to enable effective service delivery of preventative physical wellness to QPS members, including volunteers.
  • Undertake consultation and provide support and advisory services for senior management in relation to the implementation of good practice including innovative approaches to improve the physical wellbeing of QPS members.
  • Provide high quality strategic advice and prepare high level reports, submissions, briefing materials and correspondence for senior management.
  • Coordinate allocation of physical wellbeing resources to meet QPS workforce demands.
  • Establish and maintain effective networks, relationships and programs with internal and external health professionals and stakeholders to ensure a holistic, multidisciplinary approach in the delivery of early intervention physical wellbeing strategies.
