Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Officer to join their team in Melbourne CBD on an initial short-term contract. This role is pivotal within the payroll team, offering an opportunity for the right candidate to bring their RosterOn knowledge and guidance to the table.

As a Payroll Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving a range of queries related to RosterOn. A key aspect of this role will also involve sharing your knowledge of RosterOn by training system administrators, thereby contributing positively to the overall efficiency of the payroll team.

Your day to day will involve:

Providing guidance and support to the payroll team
Working through both basic to complex issues in an appropriate manner
Sharing your knowledge of RosterOn by training system administrators
Contributing positively to the payroll team with your expertise and cooperative attitude

The ideal candidate for this Payroll Officer position brings strong experience with RosterOn and previous experience in payroll.

What you will bring:

Strong experience with RosterOn is essential
Previous experience in payroll is required
Ability to train others on how to use RosterOn will be highly regarded
Excellent problem-solving skills to address a range of queries
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication within the team
