The Client
Our Client is a highly recognised and regarded Property Developer, who specialises in residential land development in key growth precincts across Australia.
The Role
The Accounts & Admin Assistant within the Development team is responsible for providing high-quality support to the wider finance and development team.
- Issue of purchase orders to site staff
- Processing of purchase orders in the system
- Obtaining approval for all issued purchase orders/ invoices
- Matching invoices and statements from suppliers
- Manage QLD Properties processing of invoices and purchases in MRI
- Creating and entering property sales invoices
- Provide costs reports for all projects to relevant management
- Monthly & yearend closings
- Outgoings reconciliation and calculations
- Assist in reviewing and answering P&L questions from management
- Weekly preparation of management reports
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within the
Property sector - Ability to work independently and within a team
- High level of literacy and numeracy
- Strong work ethic/ fast learner
- Solid Excel skills
- Yardi/MRI Experience
- Understanding of property development/ construction is highly looked upon
- Strong prioritisation and excellent time management skills
