The Client

Our Client is a highly recognised and regarded Property Developer, who specialises in residential land development in key growth precincts across Australia.


The Role

The Accounts & Admin Assistant within the Development team is responsible for providing high-quality support to the wider finance and development team.


  • Issue of purchase orders to site staff
  • Processing of purchase orders in the system
  • Obtaining approval for all issued purchase orders/ invoices
  • Matching invoices and statements from suppliers
  • Manage QLD Properties processing of invoices and purchases in MRI
  • Creating and entering property sales invoices
  • Provide costs reports for all projects to relevant management
  • Monthly & yearend closings
  • Outgoings reconciliation and calculations
  • Assist in reviewing and answering P&L questions from management
  • Weekly preparation of management reports

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within the
    Property sector
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • High level of literacy and numeracy
  • Strong work ethic/ fast learner
  • Solid Excel skills
  • Yardi/MRI Experience
  • Understanding of property development/ construction is highly looked upon
  • Strong prioritisation and excellent time management skills
