The Opportunity
- Monday-Friday
- Small Portfolio Management of 90 properties with an abundance of support
- Fulltime Assistant / Leasing Consultant to support you
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
- Routines, Entry and Exit Inspections
- Repairs & Maintenance coordination
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Arrears Management
- Modern systems and procedures, using cloudbased software
- Great salary on offer + super + allowances

Monday-Friday only- 2+ years of previous Property Management experience
- Reliable and passionate about Property Management
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Valid driver's license
