They are the forefront of creating groundbreaking solutions, and we're seeking a dedicated Administrator to ensure all daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.


Role Overview:


As the Administrator, you will be an essential contributor to the team's success by providing administrative, project, finance, and HR support.

Your attention to detail and ability to juggle various responsibilities will be crucial in maintaining the overall efficiency of the office and ensuring that the Engineering team members have the support they need to excel.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Prepare fee submissions using Indesign and Microsoft Word.
  • Set up projects in WorkflowMax (timesheet & project software).
  • Manage monthly invoicing and debtors using Xero.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Contribute to maintaining compliance with OHS and Quality policies.
  • Provide adhoc support as needed by the team.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in various tasks
  • Manage diaries, travel itineraries, and scheduling for the team
  • Coordinate staff training sessions and events.
  • Assist with staff inductions to ensure seamless onboarding.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Indesign, Microsoft Word, and Xero is proffered but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new tools and software.
