    Company

    A family owned business founded over 20 years ago that deliver subdivision and land development infrastructure services across the earthworks, drainage, storm water drainage, sewer reticulation, road, footpaths, sceptic tank installation, kerb and channel sectors.

    This company has a strong name for itself in the market, especially in the Ballarat area, and are seeking a Foreman to manage projects and relevant personnel for upcoming projects.

    Role

    This particular role would involve initially starting on contract and likely escalate to a permanent role for the right candidate after the initial probation period concludes.

    Responsibilities would include:

    • Overseeing and coordinating subcontractors and relevant personnel
    • Enforcing and maintaining OH&S measures and procedures
    • Inspecting works to ensure it meets initially agreed quality standards as per scope of works
    • Be hands on where required
    • Ordering materials

    Requirements

    • Foreman experience for a Civil Contractor
    • Local to the Ballarat region or happy to travel
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Someone who enjoys being hands on
