About the role


Reporting to the Senior Research Consultant, you will use your strong client management and research skills to conduct research for client projects and manage and monitor their delivery to ensure projects are delivered according to scope, schedule and quality standards.

You will also help to maintain key client relationships and actively identify business development opportunities for the company.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Cleaning and weighting data files
  • Developing new approaches, analyses, and/or frameworks
  • Assisting with producing and reviewing weekly, monthly and quarterly client reporting
  • Conducting desktop competitive intelligence research
  • Testing online survey links
  • Managing and liaising with clients and third party suppliers
  • Designing and creating concise, visuallyimpactful presentations and reports and writing insightful and succinct commentary on each slide
  • Presenting findings from research in a clear and engaging manner
  • Manage project team members including resource allocation
  • Monitor and control project schedule, risk and issues
  • Provide Quality Assurance on relevant client deliverables
  • Help maintain key client relationships.
  • Help ensure repeat and new business is secure by identifying relevant business development opportunities and writing proposals and other ad hoc tasks as necessary

3-4 years experience in research in Market Research or Consulting, ideally across a broad range of services clients including financial services, telco, insurance etc

  • Intermediate skills and use of packages such as Q and SPSS
  • Experience cleaning and weighting data
  • Detailoriented and diligent with a commitment to delivering highquality work.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fastpaced environment with strong project management and organisation skills capable of managing competing priorities and maintaining attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
  • Proven client management and communication skills able to tailor communication to different client stakeholders
  • Strong team player, can show initiative to proactively assist the broader team and is a good cultural fit (down to earth, with a "get things done" attitude and a sense of humour)
