About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the existing Claims Team.

We are seeking a Workers Compensations Advisor who will be responsible for overseeing the processing, management, and approval of the internal business Queensland Workers Compensation Claims.

You will report into the Workers Compensation Manager and your primary duties will include:


  • Managing a portfolio of claims from initiation to finalisation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to facilitate positive outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Utilising your knowledge of QLD workers' compensation laws and regulations to make informed decisions on claim liabilities.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to claims management.
