About your new role_**Here are some of your key responsibilities:
Payroll Processing
- End to end monthly APAC Payroll, including producing payslips, processing super, leave balances and tax
- Coordinate with our Accountants to facilitate the UK and US payroll
- Monthly PAYG withholding
- Payroll onboarding and offboarding of employees
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Weekly accounts payable and receivable processes for all accounts
- Arrangement of fund transfers
- Bank accounts and corporate credit cards reconciliation
- Monthly expenses and intercompany accounts reconciliation
- Subscription and onetime revenue reconciliation
- Maintain fixed asset registers
- General ledger postings
- Other balance sheet items reconciliations
- Recurring monthly/quarterly/annual invoices
- Ad hoc invoices
Month end accounts - APAC, EMEA, and North America
- Send APAC reports to our incountry Accountants
- Report on Recurring Revenue by Customer
- Amortisation Schedules and Entries
- Reconciliation of all accounts
- Payroll allocation reporting
- Staff annual leave and long service leave accruals
- Payment of any relevant taxation for other entities
- Profit and Loss statement and Balance Sheet for all entities
About you_**With a strong customer-focused approach, you will have excellent communication skills and demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
This role suits you if you have:
- Solid understanding of payroll operations with exposure to Superannuation, PAYG, leave management and tax.
- Minimum of 5 years' handson payroll processing experience
- Accounts payable and receivable experience
- Experience using Xero or similar accounting system
- Strong computer skills and demonstrated experience with MS Excel
- Experience with Employment Hero or similar HRIS is a plus
Qualifications:
- Degree qualification in Accounting / Finance
