With its sights set on re-entering the category in which they had previously made a significant impact, TalentWeb are excited to be exclusively mandated to recruit their Marketing Manager.


The Opportunity

With significant exposure to a passionate and impressive leadership team that have ambitious plans for business growth and market reach, this role will give you the opportunity to make your mark in the business and make your mark on the customers it serves.


  • Develop the marketing strategy across all distribution channels (direct to consumer, brokers and partners) with a focus on customer acquisition across owned and paid digital media.
  • Bring the brand to life across every customer touchpoint.
  • Drive all marketing activities to achieve growth targets by leveraging internal and external resources and content.
  • Collaboarate with brokers and partners to build and deliver joint marketing campaigns to drive awareness.
  • Lead the development of a clear and compelling comms and content strategy that supports the overall brand strategy and grows organic and earned website traffic.
  • Assist core brokers and partners in the execution of their own marketing activity, providing marketing advice and guidance on best practice.
  • Liaise with agencies and third party suppliers across a range of disciplines to execute marketing activity.
  • Ensure the brand is consistent with guidelines and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure the website is optimised and oversee delivery of a content plan that grows organic and earned web traffic.
  • Manage the marketing budget.
  • Track, measure and report on marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage an integrated annual calendar of events including industry conferences PD days and branded events.

About You

This is a broad role spanning strategy through to implementation and you will leverage all marketing, comms and digital channels to drive meaningful customer outcomes and business results.

The role will suit someone that has worked in a fluid environment within a business that has a small team but ambitious plans for growth.


You bring:

  • Proven experience developing and executing a marketing strategy across a range of distribution channels, in a high growth environment.
  • Managed sizeable digital marketing budgets across multiple channels, looking at both attribution and the full marketing funnel to help inform decision making.
  • A solid understanding of intermediary channels and how to use marketing within them to reach end customers.
  • A proven track record in working collaboratively to drive change, demonstrating strong communication and influencing skills.
  • A blend of customer centricity and commercial acumen.
  • Customer focused and commercially astute.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Experience in creative development and media planning.
