If you are an experienced business development/sales professional from the Tech industry, looking to rapidly advance your career within a startup environment, this could be the role for you.


We're working with a well-funded technology start-up, providing a product which turns data and analytics into actionable insights, enabling customers to identify trends and patterns which can influence valuable business decisions.


They've made some excellent headway in the commercial property sector, and there are many other industries that the technology can be developed to service, which is a key part of their growth strategy.


Their operational and tech teams are established and embedded, and now it's time to build out their sales team - starting with a Sales Manager to be based in Sydney.


As the Sales Manager, you'll run the new business function across the product portfolio, and drive the growth of the companies brand and presence within the target industry verticals.

You'll be tasked with implementing processes, building a sales framework, and developing the customer base by actively seeking out new accounts.


You'll have a lot of autonomy and flexibility to really help build a business, and you'll be the forefront of their growth and entering new markets.

You'll have the opportunity to lead/build a sales team as part of the development of the company.


What are we looking for?
We need a seasoned tech sales person with a track record of closing sales with corporates/institutions. You'll need to have experience selling technology at C-level, with the ability to demonstrate software and present value proposition.


You'll need to be comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment where there isn't a huge amount of process and structure - you'll need to implement those.

As this is a new role, we need someone who can confidently build and execute a sales strategy in an autonomous environment.
