Description

This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a passion for change, engagement and the uplift of Student Experience.
This position plays a pivotal role in leading the EPMO team.

Key Responsibilities:

Owning and managing the Student Reference Groups
Key Liaison across UNSW including the Divisions, Faculties and with students
Change management strategy for all 5 work streams in the program
Develop and define metrics to track adoption, utilisation and embedment of changes
Ensure escalation of risks are appropriate.

Key Requirements:

7+ years' experience leading and implementing large change initiatives in complex environments
Demonstrates exceptional stakeholder engagement and business influence skills
Multiple change management end to end program delivery experience
Advanced expertise in the development of documentation, Power Point packs and email communication Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
