    Remuneration is always top of the market and lawyers will be promoted on merit rather than time served.

    The Practice The firm's financial services group is a national practice that covers funds, superannuation and financial services regulatory work.

    The funds group will work with clients of most major asset classes including retail and wholesale funds, alternative investment products, listed and unlisted funds
    The Workinvestment management
    fund formation
    structured products
    private equity/venture capital transactions

    The One Due to the success of the practice, the team is now growing and is looking to speak to lawyers who have relevant experience in a number of the above areas.


    Other important attributes are as follows:
    between 2 and 5 years post admitted experience
    will consider those from private practice, in-house (financial services) or accounting firm.
    Would also consider M&A lawyers who are looking to specialise in funds.
    strong academic background
