Our client was formed in 2013 with the mission to provide unparalleled healthcare recruitment solutions to the Australian market. They have the need to hire several recruitment consultants for their offices in Sydney, CBD.This is a full-time position with annual remuneration of between $75,000 to $110,000 + superannuation (negotiable depending on skills and experience) on offer.
Duties
- Building relationships with hiring managers
- Taking job specs
- Attending networking events
- Writing job adverts
- Making placements with clients
- Negotiating job offers
Skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent employment experience
- Minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to interview and provide constructive feedback
Pay:
$70, $110,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
