  • We are currently looking for passionate Educators to join our OSHC team._


As an Educator at KidsCo, you will be responsible for providing quality care, educational programs, and a safe environment for children in our care.


Reporting to the Director of Learning, you will collaborate with a team of educators, engage children in educational activities, ensure program compliance with National Regulations and frameworks, and contribute to the overall development and well-being of the children.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Provide quality care, educational programs, and a safe environment for children in our care.
  • Collaborate with a team of educators to design and implement ageappropriate educational activities.
  • Ensure the wellbeing, safety, and emotional needs of children are met at all times.
  • Maintain a nurturing and inclusive environment.
  • Supervise and engage children during program hours in line with policies and procedures.
  • Foster strong parent/carer relationships through effective communication and engagement.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and training sessions.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
- _Available to work Monday
  • Friday 6.45/9am and 2pm6pm_
  • Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or a Certificate level 3 qualification in Childcare or Education (or equivalent).
  • Possesses knowledge of child development principles and best practices in before and after school care programs.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Works effectively in a team environment, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
  • Shows passion for child development and creating a nurturing environment for children's growth.
  • Adaptable in managing dynamic situations and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated to fostering a love of learning in children.
