We are currently looking for passionate Educators to join our OSHC team._

As an Educator at KidsCo, you will be responsible for providing quality care, educational programs, and a safe environment for children in our care.

Reporting to the Director of Learning, you will collaborate with a team of educators, engage children in educational activities, ensure program compliance with National Regulations and frameworks, and contribute to the overall development and well-being of the children.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide quality care, educational programs, and a safe environment for children in our care.
Collaborate with a team of educators to design and implement ageappropriate educational activities.
Ensure the wellbeing, safety, and emotional needs of children are met at all times.
Maintain a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Supervise and engage children during program hours in line with policies and procedures.
Foster strong parent/carer relationships through effective communication and engagement.
Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and training sessions.
Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

Friday 6.45/9am and 2pm6pm_
Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or a Certificate level 3 qualification in Childcare or Education (or equivalent).
Possesses knowledge of child development principles and best practices in before and after school care programs.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Works effectively in a team environment, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
Shows passion for child development and creating a nurturing environment for children's growth.
Adaptable in managing dynamic situations and maintaining a positive attitude.
Enthusiastic and dedicated to fostering a love of learning in children.
