We are seeking a dedicated and reliable part time Warehouse Assistant (3 days per week) to join our Warehouse team based in Braeside._

As our Warehouse Assistant at KidsCo, your primary responsibilities will include packing materials and resources for our outside school hours care (OSHC) and vacation care programs, supporting stock takes and performing general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently pack KidsCo materials and resources for our OSHC, vacation care, and corporate programs.
Collaborate with the Logistics & Operations Manager to conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records.
Provide support during school holidays for bump in and out activities.
Assist with general warehouse duties, including receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming shipments.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure orders are processed and dispatched promptly and accurately.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing and organizing materials.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
The ability to lift heavy boxes and materials.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues.
