THE ROLE

The Office Coordinator you would be an integral member of the corporate team working alongside the Operations Manager and will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day business operations.

You will be responsible for providing administrative and executive support to our CEO, managing the office space and supplies, covering the front desk and liaising with clients and external stakeholders.

We need someone who is able to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritise deadlines effectively. The role requires a good attitude and the want to learn and develop as part of a growing team.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Front of house duties including; answering phone calls, meeting and greeting customers and clients, and collect and distribute mail;
  • Provide day to day admin support to the Managing Director and Operations Manager;
  • Document management including photocopying, binding, filing, shredding of confidential documents;
  • Meeting preparation including document printing, room preparation and minutes;
  • Assist with document creation and updating general company documents, contact lists, mailing lists etc.;
  • Assist with organising company and client events;
  • Assist with personal items for Managing Director;
  • Support the broader team with administrative tasks; and
  • All other general tasks required to ensure the effective running of the company's day to day operating.

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask;
