    About this role

    The Executive Officer supports the Office of the Chief Executive with effective Secretariat support to the North Executive Team governance committees and structures. The role has an integral role in facilitating the effective operations of these committees to ensure they meet the objectives set out in the relevant Terms of Reference. This role will be required to prepare submissions, reporting and high-level minutes. This position will also undertake projects and reporting that contribute to the team's goals and objectives.

    This role reports to the Senior Project Officer, Office of the Chief Executive (NMHS).

You will be a positive, resilient individual with experience of working within governance structures, providing secretariat support, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate documents, including complex and high-level briefing notes, minutes, and communique. Experience and knowledge of operations and procedures especially at senior executive levels is essential to the role.
