Kennedys is seeking an experience lawyer to assist a number of partners in Sydney with professional indemnity, financial institutions and Directors' and officers' liability matters.

Types of clients:

Professional indemnity and public liability insurers
Insured directors and officers
Financial institutions
Marine and aviation insurers
General insurers

Required experience

24 years' experience with professional indemnity insurance, D&O and financial institutions.
Have experience in providing coverage advice and acting as defence counsel.
Demonstrate first rate legal/commercial knowledge with strong technical and research skills.
Ability to draft, advise and negotiate in relation to both straightforward and complex matters.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Running own caseload.
