The company


Having been in operation for 4 years, my client is a rising property development company with a build to hold strategy that is on the verge of large scale growth.

Specialising in the industrial, healthcare and health-tech sectors, my client employs a targeted strategy to manage current and ongoing economic conditions which has attracted increased investment in their vision and plans for the future.


With a number of developments on the verge of completion, an increasing pipeline and investment on the rise, my client is now looking to hand over the keys to an experienced property/development analyst to provide commercial support and guidance to their ongoing project pipeline.

Growth and exposure will be very rarely limited in this role which will provide accelerated progression under the guidance of highly experienced industry professionals.


The role


Reporting to the company Director's, the ultimate function of this role is to ensure developments are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner through effective business partnering and detailed analysis of relevant metrics.

In summary this role will have three core components

  • Managing commercial finance support of developments including budget creation, forecasting, commentary and continuous partnership with relevant operational stakeholders on development performance
  • Transitioning completed projects into company chart of accounts in line with group reporting frameworks
  • Leading continuous development of reporting processes eg. championing system implementations and process improvements

About you

  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Experience within property, ideally developments/projects
  • Ability to display ownership with examples of effective business partnering
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
