3 days office based, 2 days WFH

The role:

Reporting to the Manager of Operations, as Payroll Manager you will oversee a Payroll team that includes a Supervisor, several Senior Payroll officers, and a great team of Payroll Officers.

The priority for this role can be summarised as follows:

Provide leadership to the entire Payroll function
Maintain a highperforming culture across the Payroll function
Enhance the current team's Payroll skills
Maintain service level agreements with all clients
Suggest and implement process improvements where ever possible
Ensure Payroll compliance and legislation at all times

This is a permanent role paying $135,000 + Super.

You can work from home two days a week and will receive various other benefits & perks as a permanent employee.
