    The Opportunity It is a fantastic opportunity to join on a 6 month contract and have tremendous exposure to multiple technical projects Join an amazingly supportive team across a commercial portfolio, working alongside a dedicated facilities management team.

    You will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of projects ranging from $10,000 to up to $400,000, across minor building construction projects, refurbishment works, building fabric repairs, and more.

    Responsibilities Assisting the Account Manager and Facilities Management team in overseeing, managing and delivering minor works projects across the infrastructure division of a complex and diverse account.

    Implement standards and processes to enable the planning, management, delivery and handover of projects.

    Preparation and management of projects across the full lifecycle, including preparing project scopes, obtaining quotes, running RFQ and tenders and evaluation.

    Provide timely and accurate information to complete monthly and other reporting requirements, tracking project timelines and budgets.
    Performing site audits, and management of DLP.

    Your skillsets and attributes:
    Over 5+ years experience in the industry, in particular, project management, building and construction, engineering, architecture or facility management, including an understanding of BCA and relevant Australian Standards Working knowledge and experience of Work Health and Safety governance/quality/standards Good work organisation, ethics and team player who shares knowledge and know-how Ability to be decisive on business issues, displaying timely and quality decision making, working effectively under tight deadlines and pressure Excellent communication skills to maintain effective relationships with key internal and external customers and suppliers If this sounds like the role for you, reach out to Andy Yang today on
