Description
The Project Officer will play a role in the reporting function, which forms part of the broader Performance Reporting and Analytics Unit.
The VSBA is committed to a meaningful and collaborative engagement with key internal and external stakeholders through the provision of high-quality reporting across the entire VSBA infrastructure portfolio.
With guidance and support from the Team Leader and Manager, the Project Officer will work closely with the various program areas of the VSBA to develop timely and detailed reporting on complex projects and to support the operational and strategic goals of the VSBA.
The key accountabilities for the Project Officer include:
- As part of a team; identify, coordinate and produce reporting and written communication which supports effective decision-making;
- contribute to continuous improvements through automation and process improvement;
- contribute to quality reviews and identification of improvements to existing processes;
- support the analysis of data to articulate trends, provide rationale for variances and develop recommendations for embedding insights from analysis to drive action;
- Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business processes including infrastructure delivery and program & project management.
