THE FIRM

This boutique law firm in northern Sydney specialises in providing tailored support to its clients across a range of legal matters from litigation through to conveyancing and estates.

They provide a close knit supportive team where you can build upon your legal experience to date with the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of legal duties whilst developing relationships with key stakeholders in the legal field in Sydney.

THE ROLE

Due to a growing caseload the firm are now seeking two passionate and experienced paralegals to provide integral support to senior partners on a full time basis.

With opportunities across their different practice groups your duties will include but are not limited to:

Legal searches for relevant cases across Litigation, conveyancing and wills & estates
Dictaphone typing
Inputting settlement information to PEXA
Preparing documents for court, letters for counsel
Preparing information for lease agreements & deceased estates
Adhoc administration duties and filing for the wider team

ABOUT YOU

You have 1 year + experience in Conveyancing and or Litigation and are looking for a varied & busy role where you can take ownership over integral duties that will contribute to the success of a well established Sydney Law firm.

You have used legal software such as LEAP & PEXA for 1 year +
1 to 2 years full time experience in a similar role
Ability to work in the North Sydney office 5 days a week
A natural eagerness to learn and grow your legal career in a busy practice that will help mould your career

With an immediate start this is a casual position with a competiive hourly rate with the potential to transition permanent role if successful.
