About the Role:

Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Conducting the installation, testing, commissioning, programming, and servicing of various Alarm/Electronic Access Control, CCTV, Intercoms, and Automated Gate Systems. This encompasses working with platforms such as Challenger Plus, C4, Integriti, Inception, SALTO, BFT, Bosch, Milestone, and IDIS.
Performing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
Collaborating with key clients regarding technical and servicerelated inquiries.
Delivering exceptional customer service to clients consistently.
Demonstrating competence in working independently without direct supervision.
Exercising meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
