Functional Consultant to join our client, a large
State Government department.

5 month daily rate contract:

Based in Brisbane CBD with flexible WFH:

Rostering solution experience is mandatory for this role

Purpose:

The role of the Functional Consultant is to provide expert system support to business users and help triage incidents raised as we roll out the rostering solution.

Role Specific Duties:

System configuration of the rostering solution
Provide support to business users in how to process within the system
Proactively manage the resolution of logged issues through analysing logged calls and liaising with the business to understand and affectively assess their requirements
Develop actions for users to follow or mitigations to prevent issues occurring to ensure business continuity until a resolution of a defect is scheduled for a release
Undertake an advanced level of systems analysis
Communicate frequently and appropriately with the end users who have varying levels of capabilities
Develop SQL queries to assist with the support of the solution
Work effectively as part of a dedicated team to ensure successful resolution of issues and delivery of services.
Proven ability to learn quickly 'on the job' and rapidly add value after an intense structured induction period
Welldeveloped analytical and problem solving skills in complex integrated ERPs, particularly Integrated Workforce Management systems
Experience within a fastpaced environment
